Product

The exact functional description of your light can be found in the operating instructions supplied or in our download portal. If you have any further questions, please contact your trusted dealer.

For cleaning, we recommend using a standard household glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth. Moisten the surface to be cleaned and dry it with the cloth without leaving any residue.

To reset your COS to factory settings, the wall switch must be operated in a specific combination. The detailed procedure can be found in the included user manual. Garantee

The seller provides the buyer with a two-year warranty. Glass damage is excluded. In the case of warranty or guarantee claims, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the luminaire. Please describe your issue as precisely as possible, ideally with photos, to illustrate the problem.​

Assembly

Detailed instructions for mounting your luminaire can be found in the included installation manual, which is also available in our download portal. If you have any further questions, please contact your trusted dealer. Installing the KOS luminaire on a ceiling slope of up to 5 degrees is possible without any issues. For slopes beyond this limit, a custom solution is required. Please contact your lighting dealer, who will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Ordering

The individual components of our products are carefully coordinated and handcrafted by our production team in our Munich manufactory. Therefore, each luminaire is only manufactured, inspected, and shipped once it has been ordered.

Our standard delivery time is usually 10–14 business days, with custom orders available upon request.
