The Munich-based lighting manufacturer KOMOT is pleased to announce that its KOS luminaire has been awarded the prestigious BEST OF DESIGN Award 2025 by SCHÖNER WOHNEN in the "Luminaires" category. This award recognizes outstanding product design in the interior design industry and is presented annually by Europe’s largest home magazine.

The KOS luminaire impresses with its clear design language and technical sophistication. An innovative height adjustment allows the luminaire to be positioned freely over one meter, with the fabric-covered cable elegantly concealed inside the luminaire body. The specially developed LED module enables stepless adjustment of the light color (Tunable White) as well as dimming and switching — all controlled through intuitive gestures.
