Each and every one of our lamps is made by hand, with meticulous attention to detail, making it a unique one-off. The ingenious lighting technology and our patented height adjustment are hidden to the eye, which can lead to questions about the technology and its use. Product

The exact functional description of your light can be found in the operating instructions supplied or in our download portal. If you have any further questions, please contact your trusted dealer.

For cleaning, we recommend using a standard household glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth. Moisten the surface to be cleaned and dry it with the cloth without leaving any residue.

An update is generally possible. Please contact your dealer, from whom you purchased the luminaire, or a certified partner near you. An overview of our partner stores can be found  here.

The KOS rail can be complemented with additional pendants. For this, we need one of the existing pendants to coordinate the new pendant. Please contact your dealer, from whom you purchased your luminaire, to arrange this.

Garantee

The seller provides the buyer with a two-year warranty. Glass damage is excluded. In the case of warranty or guarantee claims, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the luminaire. Please describe your issue as precisely as possible, ideally with photos, to illustrate the problem.​

Assembly

Detailed instructions for mounting your luminaire can be found in the included installation manual, which is also available in our download portal. If you have any further questions, please contact your trusted dealer. We recommend having the installation carried out by an experienced technician from our​ service partners. durchführen zu lassen.

Installing the KOS luminaire on a ceiling slope of up to 5 degrees is possible without any issues. For slopes beyond this limit, a custom solution is required. Please contact your lighting dealer, who will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Die erste Anlaufstelle bei Fragen zu unseren Produkten ist der Fachhändler bei dem Sie Ihre Leuchte erworben haben. 

Im Allgemeinen empfehlen wir bei Reparaturen die gesamte Leuchte von unseren erfahrenen Servicemitarbeitern bei uns vor Ort reparieren zu lassen. Kontaktieren Sie hierzu Ihren Fachhändler vor Ort, bei dem Sie die Leuchte erworben haben.

Ordering

The individual components of our products are carefully coordinated and handcrafted by our production team in our Munich manufactory. Therefore, each luminaire is only manufactured, inspected, and shipped once it has been ordered.

Our standard delivery time is usually 10–14 business days, with custom orders available upon request.
